To anonymously report concerns regarding campus personnel or alleged violations of repatriation laws or the CSU systemwide policy, please complete this online form if you indicate you wish to be contacted regarding the potential violation, please include your contact information.

Please describe the potential violation of California state (CalNAGPRA) or federal (NAGPRA) repatriation laws. Responses may be reported anonymously. All reports of potential violations will be investigated by the Repatriation Coordinator, President's Designee, and/or campus NAGPRA Implementation Committee, as appropriate.
